Time Back.
Making room for what matters most.
A thoughtful approach to home, work, faith, and the moments we don't want to miss.
01 — A Note from the Founder
The Gift of Time
We live in a world that constantly asks us for more. More productivity, more responsibility, more accomplishments. Between careers, families, personal commitments, and the everyday demands of maintaining a home, it can feel as though there is always something waiting for us to do.
But I often think about the way God calls us to be good stewards of what He has given us. Not just our finances or our talents, but our time, our energy, and the people entrusted to our care.
Ecclesiastes 3:1 reminds us that there is a season for everything and a time for every matter under heaven.
Sometimes, stewardship means working diligently toward our goals. Other times, it means recognizing that we cannot do everything alone. It means creating systems that support our lives, accepting help when we need it, and allowing ourselves to be present for the moments that matter.
At Chavez & Company, we believe a well-managed home should give you something back. The time to enjoy your morning coffee without thinking about the laundry. The freedom to close your laptop and be fully present at dinner. The peace of returning to a home that feels cared for after a demanding day.
Our purpose is not simply to maintain homes. It is to support the people who live in them.
Because success should leave room for living, and caring for your home should never mean neglecting yourself or the people you love.
This week, I invite you to consider one simple question: What would you do with a little more time?
Whatever your answer is, we hope you find more room for it.
With care,
Edelvis Chavez

02 — The Household Edit
A home that works for you.
A peaceful home doesn't require perfection. It requires thoughtful systems that reduce the number of decisions you have to make every day.
This week's three small ways to reclaim your time
01
Prepare tomorrow tonight
Set out work essentials, plan breakfast, and clear the kitchen before bed.
02
Create a landing zone
Keep keys, bags, mail, and everyday necessities in one designated place.
03
Delegate the recurring tasks
Identify the household responsibilities that consistently take time away from work, rest, or family.
The goal isn't to do more in less time. It's to make everyday life feel lighter.
03 — Around the Table
This week's meal inspiration.
Monday
Creamy salmon pasta
Tuesday
Air-fried chicken thighs with roasted vegetables
Wednesday
Chili turkey tacos
Thursday
Chicken and rice bowls
Friday
Homemade pizza night
The time-saving tip
Prepare a few versatile ingredients ahead of the week. Washed produce, cooked rice, and ready-to-use proteins can make dinner easier without sacrificing a home-cooked meal.
04 — The Work-Life Reset
Protect your time
Schedule personal and family time with the same intention you give professional commitments.
Release the pressure
Your home can be cared for without every task being completed by you personally.
Make space for restoration
Rest is not a reward you must earn after exhausting yourself. Give yourself room to recharge.
05 — A Moment of Reflection
“To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven.”
Ecclesiastes 3:1 · KJV
Take a moment this week to ask yourself: What is taking up my time that no longer needs to take up my hands?
